Mendora operates as an intermediary marketplace platform. We connect independent customers with third-party local salon service providers ("Salons"). Mendora does not own, manage, or employ staff at physical salon outlets. We do not provide grooming, haircutting, or styling services directly.
To confirm an appointment slot at a partner salon, you must complete the payment checkout. Mendora utilizes Razorpay to process payments. A booking is only locked and confirmed once the payment signature has been validated server-side.
Cancellations made up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled slot are eligible for a refund, subject to a small transaction processing fee. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the slot time are non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more detailed timelines.
Mendora is not liable for any physical injury, allergic skin reactions to cosmetics, property loss, or poor service quality occurring at the salon premises. Any claims or disputes regarding service operations must be settled directly with the salon management.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of Mendora will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
