To provide our hyper-local booking services, we collect the following personal data:

• Profile Information: Full Name, Email, and Phone Number collected during signup.
• Geolocation Coordinates: Real-time latitude and longitude coordinates captured from your browser, solely with your permission, to sort salons near you.
• Transaction Records: Booking details, paid amounts, and Razorpay payment IDs. We do not store credit card numbers or UPI PINs.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal information to:

• Create and manage your user account.
• Sort salons dynamically on the homepage based on your current physical distance.
• Verify payment transactions and confirm slot bookings.
• Send transaction confirmation emails and booking tickets.

3. Consent & Control

We only access your location coordinates if you explicitly grant permission via your browser prompt. You can disable location tracking at any time by revoking permission in your mobile browser or device settings.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Your personal data is securely stored in our encrypted database instances hosted on **Supabase**. We enforce Row Level Security (RLS) policies to ensure that your private profile and booking details can only be accessed by you. We retain transaction data as long as necessary to comply with tax and audit laws in India.

5. Data Erasure (Right to be Forgotten)

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to request deletion of your account. You can request account erasure by emailing our support desk at support@mendora.in, and we will process the request within 30 days.
