Shipping & Delivery Policy

Mendora is a digital service marketplace connecting users with local salon service providers.

1. Shipping and Physical Delivery

Mendora does **not** ship, sell, or deliver physical goods. Therefore, standard shipping rates, shipping carriers, and physical package delivery timelines do not apply to transactions processed on this platform.

2. Digital Ticket Delivery

Upon successful payment checkout via Razorpay, your booking ticket and confirmation details are generated instantly:

• In-App Confirmation: Your booking status is instantly updated to "confirmed" in the database, and you will be redirected to the booking success screen.
• My Bookings: The booking ticket is immediately visible under your `/my-bookings` portal showing the status, salon details, selected services, and booking code.
• Email Notification: A transactional email containing your digital booking confirmation ticket is automatically dispatched to your registered email address.

3. Accessing Your Service

To claim your booking, simply arrive at the selected salon at least 5 minutes before your scheduled slot and present your digital booking code or confirmation screen to the salon receptionist.
